Booking Terms & Conditions

Please acknowledge the following terms for participating Employers.

Payment Terms

50% down payment is required to secure your slot as a participating Employer.
Full payment should be settled prior Event date.
Kindly settle payment via bank deposit, bank transfer or electronic cash transfer.
All fees are subject to 12% VAT.

Cancellation & Refunds

STRICLY NO CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS. NO REFUNDS.
Employer agrees that cancellation of bookings will waive all prepaid payments made and will still be billed full amount of the Contract.
However, Employer may transfer to another schedule.

Non-payment of account beyond 60 days will receive 5% penalty per month based on the first received Billing Invoice.

Legally binding agreement
