1Registration and Profile
When You register with the Website, You will be asked to create a Profile and provide us with certain information including a valid email address (Your "Information").
You will be asked to complete DOLE NSRP Form as required by the Department of Labor & Employment. Details You submitted must be true and accurate.
You acknowledge and agree that You are solely responsible for the details you entered on the form, and content which is added to Your Profile. JobQuest.ph reserves the right to offer third party services and products to You based on the preferences that You identify when You register and at any time thereafter or You have agreed to receive.
You understand and acknowledge that You have no ownership rights in Your Profile and that if You cancel Your Profile account or Your Profile is terminated, all Your Information, including cover letters, saved jobs, questionnaires will be removed from the Job Applicant Database.
2Job Postings
Job Postings contained on the Website are provided by Employers and are not reviewed by us. We accept no responsibility or liability for the contents of Job Postings and expect Job Applicants to carry out such verification procedures as are customary and prudent in the circumstances.
3User Minimum Age
To access our Website or App, you must be at least 18 years old or more. If you are under 18 years of age, your use of our Website and App must be under parental, guardian or another responsible adult supervision. We will remove and terminate accounts created by minors.
